Oracle Unleashed CD-ROM Problem

Yesterday I posted the following message about the CD for Oracle Unleashed:

Thank you for contacting us. You will need to download the file FIXRT424.EXE
from the following web site:
http://www.mcp.com/softlib/general/index.html

Run the file within the root directory of your hard drive to fix the error.
