Single PO shared by several OA databases

This is my question :
- we have 3 OA databases (3 localizations !!!)

• we would like to share the data about the vendors (PO) between this 3 databases (one repository) whereas with the standard installation we have 3 po databases...

how can this be implemented on the oracle server ???
