Hi,



I'm trying to locate a an oganization, group, newsgroup, etc. that can
answer some questions we have about Oracle Government Financials.  Our
company is working on a proposal and have some questions we need answered. 
Can anyone direct me to a person or place that has and indepth knowledge on
this subject.  I need to know ASAP.
