Ron--We just started encountering problems yesterday. For some reason, the ODBC connection will *only* work when we've got SQL*NET1 up and running on the server. We clarified versions, and we certainly should be able to use SQL*NET2 with our version of ODBC. When attempting a query with ODBC (Oracle 7.1 driver) under Windows 3.1, we get a GPF.

Sorry I can't offer you more, but we hope to find the solution today.
