Normally mentioning the name 'Eugene' seems to get me an adequate
response.    In UK I expect to wait 15 mins on the phone for a human
reply, but once I get there I am satisfied with the quality of info
coming back.   Of course this could just be a reflection of the
simpleness of my questions.
