US-CA-Oracle Applications Perfromance Expert- Immediate Opportunity

My client is a Palo Alto based startup developing next generation database query technology. I have been asked to locate an Oracle RDBMS Application Perfromance Expert. This has been chracterized as someone who deals with the perfromance aspect of user-level apps, as opposed to more systems level performance issues such as query optimization.
