MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Note: Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered

*A minimum of 8 years of experience in architecture of large-scale enterprise systems using J2EE technologies;
*A minimum 3 years of experience implementing virtualization and cloud computing
*Experience in planning, designing and implementing highly available application server topologies
*Strong knowledge of application and system performance monitoring
*Strong knowledge of LDAP, identity and access management and single sign-on technologies
*Strong knowledge of chef or puppet configuration management and automation tools
*Experience with Oracle database, SQL, PL-SQL;
*Strong Knowledge of Oracle Weblogic, iPlanet, Oracle HTTP Server, Websphere MQ, UNIX, Solaris, and Linux
*Strong knowledge of Application Performance monitoring and management tools and techniques
*Knowledge of application and data security and encryption technologies
*Ability to plan technical architecture and develop documentation;
*Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders; must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources;
*Must take initiative, be a decisive decision-maker and show confidence in decisions made;
*Solid knowledge of testing tools and techniques;
*Solid knowledge of source and configuration management methodologies and build tools such as ANT or Maven
*Must be able to take strategic direction from executive management and participate in strategic planning activities throughout the lifetime of the project;
*Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance.
*Must be able to provide documentation on their work.
