I assume “oel81” is the name of the node being added, correct? I would confirm the following first. Often see issues with incorrect cluster interconnect names. The network interface name must be the same on all nodes of the cluster. I can ping on that interface to all nodes, and passwordless ssh is set up on that interface, any idea what is causing the error?
