Enterprise manager tuning advisor on lower case pdb

Database is running Oracle EBS and thus has a lower case PDB name. From Enterprises Manager, if try running Tuning Advisor on a SQL statement, we get an error stating the PDB does not exist. Most likely EM is looking for a upper case PDB name and ours is lower case. Anybody know of a fix for this. EM is 13.4 with the latest patches.
