Issue appears to be …. trouble parsing or lexing content out from a damn string.

So the knee jerk and IMHO fair reaction is …..

Oracle should have employed a teenager to do a better job at writing ungraduate level code.

Oracle should have written comprehensive unit and integration tests for parsing/lexing a string - after all, it really is not too much to ask that you test the software you write.

And not for just this issue - it’s just the same old same old and it is becoming quite tiresome,
