I had to laugh at this discussion on product names vs. the use or actual way the tech works as I have this same discussion internally at Microsoft pretty much every week. Every company I've worked for the last 25 years, I have to ponder who in marketing or up higher on the food chain has overruled the creators of the technology to name products they really shouldn't have.

One of my PM battles this week? Someone at Microsoft classified Oracle as an "open source RDBMS". I'll let that settle with y'all for a bit. :)
