Nitin,
 Is this an upgrade or a new installation of EBS 12.2?

When you say "pre-existing" - are you implying an empty database that you have installed outside RapidWiz ?

What is the logic driving the use of a pre-existing database ?

Rapid Install offers the option of creating an "empty" database (Fresh Database) for the purpose of holding E-Business Suite and this is typically used for new installations.
