OT: former Hotsos now Rapid Response Time

Apparently, folks from the former Hotsos have "gotten the band back together" and are back in business as Rapid Response Time <https://gem.godaddy.com/p/afaec11?pact=126636-161588027-11854857675-03957a1660f9f52f7246f04a05c05dd481227399>. There is periodic questioning on this email list for training on Oracle database performance and diagnostics, so now this is another alternative... back again.
