Hey Tim,
It's not even documented in 19: Descriptions of Wait Events
<https://docs.oracle.com/en/database/oracle/oracle-database/19/refrn/descriptions-of-wait-events.html>,
although it appears that most of the actual entries in the view are also
not documented.
I'm still waiting 2+ months for documentation on the values of the
OBJ_PRIVILEGE column of DBA_AUDIT_TRAIL (SR escalated a month ago), so I
hope you have better luck...
