Re: wrong start_time and start_date in v$transaction

Hello,

I think that transactions are tied to the "undo side" of things. In the databases where you observe this issue is there something different with the UNDO/flashback setup?
My notion was the "oldest" transaction in UNDO was somehow being referenced to generate the start_date.
