Nenad,

I don’t think that allocating PL/SQL arrays and collections are managed by the Memory Manager. You can set any limit for the PGA, when you use a PL/SQL array you will not be capped by the pga_aggregate_target and pga_aggregate_limit parameter. However, you might hit the ORA-04030 instead.
