Spinnaker support for Oracle

Hi,
Has anyone either evaluated or selected Spinnaker as a support provider for their Oracle products? I am not at all convinced that they can effectively support mission critical systems. Unfortunately, our management thinks otherwise. Any feedback will be appreciated.
