Check if the internal targets are present in the agent.

 . $HOME/agent13c ; emctl stop agent
. $HOME/agent13c ; emctl clearstate agent  emctl config agent listtargets
Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c Release 2 Copyright (c) 1996, 2016 Oracle Corporation. All rights reserved. [xxxx.xx, host]
[xxx.xx:3872, oracle_emd]

If above targets are not present,
/oracle/agent/agent_inst/bin/emctl config agent addinternaltargets . $HOME/agent13c ; emctl start agent

I installed Cloud Control 13c on a new server back in the summer. The sysadmin finally got around to creating the RPM and installing it on a couple of test servers. The agent starts and runs, but the CC console can’t see it.
I can’t figure out where the log files are, if there are any, on the server. Does anyone know where they are located on both servers? This is in Red Hat 7.

Hey Scott,
From the agent's home (e.g. $OB/agent_13.2.0.0.0), if you run "emctl status agent", you should see some fun troubleshooting info including the log directory.
You could try accessing the agent using the URL specified in the "Agent URL". Do this from both the Agent server and the OMS' server. Likewise with the "Repository URL". If both of those work, it's not a network issue. If they do not work, it could be a network issue (someone mentioned firewall).
