Data comparison between two schemas

Hi Gurus,
We would like to know, Data comparison between two schemas are possible via OEM. I can see an option “Data Comparison” on OEM 13c console, but not sure
if any license is required to test the option. We have a requirement to test the data integrity between two schemes and do you recommend any option to do in simpler way ?
