Hey Tim,
I can't imagine how I should learn SQL Server as well and become/stay as "good" as right now with Oracle. Becoming very good with one RDBMS is a full-time job in my humble opinion :-)

not quite sure how others handle this but I am totally busy with researching, learning and debugging Oracle (and its implementation on different operating systems).
