Migration to Linux

Does Oracle offer migration from Solaris to Linux in their cloud? I have a customer who would like to migrate their database to the cloud, but the database is on a SPARC machine, running Solaris 11. I know that Oracle offers moving Solaris to the cloud, but do they have a service to move it to Linux?
