I'm not sure what you are showing us here.. RMAN is looking for archived log thread=2 sequence=89020 in file annnf0_arclogs_disk_0.5071.947271611. You've shown that archivelog sequence=97159 exists in file annnf0_arclogs_disk_0.10243.947271611, but that's neither the sequence that RMAN needs, nor the file it thinks it should be in..

     wanted: annnf0_arclogs_disk_0.*_5071_*.947271611

     we have: annnf0_arclogs_disk_0._*10243*_.947271611

I don't see where the log sequence 97159 comes from? What do you get on " list backup of archivelog sequence=89020 " ?

When you look in ASM with asmcmd, can you see the file?

     ASMCMD> ls -l +FRA/ORCL/BACKUPSET/2017_06_21/annnf0_arclogs_disk_0.5071.947271611

Cheers,
Tony
