Because it seemed useful to enhance my em13c skills I decided to:


- delete all targets (only 5 hosts, appr. 40 databases),

- remove the em13c installation,

- drop the 12.1 database (containing the oem repository) ,

- replace it by a brand new 12.2 database


- and did a fresh em13c install.


All went well, not a real problem met.

So now everything is ready for deployment again. And what I would like
to do is to reuse the already installed agent on my 5 database servers.
In my em13c console I cannot find, let alone select them, and when I try
to reinstall them it is complaining about the installation directory not
being empty. Which is true, but also what I intended to do.

Do I have to perform some magic on the agent side perhaps? I looked at
the available emctl-commands, but I couldn't really decide what option
would be applicable.

Anyone any idea if it is possible what I want to do, or do I really have
to de-install the agents and install them again?
