Oracle Enterprise Licence Change for Azure Cloud

Are you running Oracle Enterprise Edition in the Azure cloud? Check your licence!

I'm reliably informed that the core factor has been dropped for Azure cloud installations, so you might find yourself under licenced without actually changing anything, and it might cost you a fortune to get back to properly licenced.

It seems, however, that we get a much better deal if we switch to the Oracle Cloud.

I think a lot of organisations are about to find alternatives to Oracle...

Anyone else suffering from this?
