12.1.0.2 July CPU Patching - Windoz 64bit

Hey,

For windoz 64bit, I see the following July cpu patches:

23530387.8 - DB Bundle Patch

23515290.8 - JavaVM Component Bundle

I also see miscellaneous: 23727148.8 - Oracle JavaVM Component PSU - generic JDBC patch

I'm not sure what the miscellaneous patch is or if I need it for our customer DBs. Is this updating the JDBC drivers on the database server? Or, is it needed by the app nodes that use JDBC to connect to the database?

Can someone shed light on this?
