*Supposedly *Java 1.7 (any version) is supported with Weblogic 10.3.6 and 12.x (according to the metalink documents). There wasn't a clear certification matrix that was easy to tie WLS 10.3.6/12.x to specific JDK versions and updates that I could find however.
