I hope you are correct. An oracle sales guy told me the other day that cpu patches end in Jan2016 for 11.2.0.4. I'd not looked at this in a year or so, but I remember reading the roadmap and deciding to stick with 11.2.0.4 as 2018 was good enough. I think he told me because he knew this chart was a complete head fake. Probably had seen others with the same look on their face as I had. It was out of context and there was no reason to bring it up.
