Errors in Altert Log

Hallo list,
We have changed session parameter to 500 for our database (11.2.0.2 running under windows server 2008 64 bit).Next day i can see these errors in the alter log: Fatal NI connect error 12545, connecting to:  (LOCAL=NO)

opiodr aborting process unknown ospid (1960) as a result of ORA-609

After investigation i found the error is triggered when user SYSMAN tries to connect to the database ,this causes our backup jobs in Enterprise Manager fails,also as a result i can not log on Enterprise manager. Have any one a cue to the problem?
