Hey Scott,

See note 1962046.1 - basically says you can ignore that package.

Subject: Oracle on Red Hat 7

I'm trying to install Oracle on Red Hat 7. It won't get past the prerequisites because it's looking for a package to be installed, called pdksh-5.2.14. I passed this on to our SA, who responded saying that package doesn't exist for Red Hat 7 and asking me where he's supposed to get it from.

Has anyone successfully installed Oracle on Red Hat 7? If so, how did you get around this prerequisite?

Thank you,
