Hey Scott,

See note 1962046.1 - basically says you can ignore that package.

Subject: Oracle 11.2.0.4 on Red Hat 7

I'm trying to install Oracle 11.2.0.4 on Red Hat 7. It won't get past the prerequisites because it's looking for a package to be installed, called pdksh-5.2.14. I passed this on to our SA, who responded saying that package doesn't exist for Red Hat 7 and asking me where he's supposed to get it from.

Has anyone successfully installed Oracle 11.2.0.4 on Red Hat 7? If so, how did you get around this prerequisite?

Thank you,
