IMO, this has nothing to do with Oracle or Oracle bugs. IMO

If you have good Linux sys admin skillls and no Windows sys admin skills - 100%

If you have good Windows sys admin skillls and no Linux sys admin skills - 100%

If you have good Linux sys admin skillls and good Windows sys admin skills OR
If you have poor Linux sys admin skillls and poor Windows sys admin skills - 50%
