Issues during IBM P6 to P7 migration

We are in the middle of migration our Oracle environment on IBM AIX 6.1 from POWER6 to P7. Versions are either 10.2.0.4 or 11.2. We thought it'd be a normal migration but unfortunately 3 out of 4 test environments ran into problems. One of them corrupted datafiles while one corrupted three LUNs which in the end resulted in DB files corruption ofcourse. Has anyone in the list gone through this Power systems migration? Encountered into any errors?

I know the OS are certified ones and Oracle is certified on Power machines
as well. I've digged in metalink and found one recommended note for tuning
but thats all they have.
Now the fun part is, systems team is sure they have migrated around 100
database servers with DB2 and other databases, and none of them got any
issues.
Please share any experiences if you have or any gotchas that should be taken care of.
