Check for cross platform incremental transportable tablespace option it is for exadata only migrations but it works for us with patching normal db with exadata patch. It may be included to 11.2.0.4 pathcset as available to all type of migrations. For 10tb db we have 5 hours downtine during migration and a week of transfering over network before.
