Look at the features that are excluded

<http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E17781_01/license.112/e18068/toc.htm#BABIHJDH> has more "no"s than "yes"s.
PostgreSQL is a more sensible no-cost choice for production usage. No restrictions at all and lots of damn fine high-availability features.
