OEM 12c - pushing agents on hosts where no sudo privileges

Is there a way to push EM12c agents onto unix hosts where the DBA does not have privileges to sudo to root?
I tried pushing it by entering bogus sudo information, but the agent deployment just fails, it doesn't even create the agent12c directory on the remote host.
