The Hotsos classes are top-quality and there should be plenty of references on this list and elsewhere.

Note: Cary is presenting "Mastering Oracle Trace Data" on Monday 11-Feb 2013 in Denver CO at the Colorado Convention Center, during the first day of the RMOUG "Training Days 2013" conference. More info (including registration) can be found at
"http://www.rmoug.org/training/td13-agenda/", along with information about the other incredible events (i.e. OTN Developer's Day, University sessions, and 156 presentations at the 2-day Training Days 2013 conference) that are happening at RMOUG in Colorado this coming February.
