I have opened a SR as I had an ORA-04031

"large

 pool"

in 11.2.0.2 - Now I'm proud sponsor of Bug:11684854 . Our workaround is to set set large_pool_size=100M manually (and SGA to 1G).

Maybe you have similar problems, then a similar solution might work.
