RE: getting started with OEM 12c?

From your postings on oracle-l, you've been around Oracle for quite a while, but I can't recall what your level of knowledge of earlier releases of EM specifically have been. If you can clarify that I might be able to point you in the direction of more relevant material for your existing knowledge set.

Thank you. I saw these and they seem to be, how to use the gui. I'm looking for a system management guide, a summary of best practices for backup/restore, security, user management, etc, an intro to the things you need to know now that you own it.
