For a jump-start on learning to use EM Cloud Control 12c, may I suggest you take a look at our 3-day course

It is also available as a Training On Demand video course <http://education.oracle.com/pls/web_prod-plq-dad/db_pages.getpage?page_id=557&get_params=courseId:D76656GC10,showLabTab:Y> -- you have extended access to the course and can play back various segments of the course as often as you like, within a certain time period (90 days). As part of the video course, you also have access to a lab environment.

We also will be publishing soon a 3-day EM Cloud Control 12c Advanced Configuration course (based on EM Cloud Control 12c Release 2) which will go into details on troubleshooting, and ensuring the high availability of your EM Cloud Control environment.
