stale ASM alert logs

Oracle 11.2.0.3.0
We've noticed that on two of our RACs (same config, Grid, DB install) that our ASM log files are going stale. On one of them the files haven't been written to since May and other since August 4th. I did some quick searching and didn't find anything.

Does anyone have any ideas why this would happen and how to fix?
