question about psu dec 2012 #13343424

Oracle 11.2.0.2
redhat 5.6
psu 13343424
ASM installed in /grid OH
DB installed in /dbhome_1
no RAC

I was about to install PSU# 13343424 and was reading the README.html and it said if you have grid installed then use PSU # 13653086. My question is does ASM count as a grid home and so I use PSU 13653086 or do I install PSU 13343424 in both OH's.
