yep, that's correct. If it helps, it wasn't too different from 11.2.0.1 to 11.2.0.2 either, except that we only needed PSU 1 to be applied.
Done it on Linux, although I decided to go from 11.2.0.2.0 to 11.2.0.2.3 instead of 11.2.0.2.1 and it was pain free except for the lengthy procedure. Just ensure you get the correct one-off depending on the PSU you applied. It corrects a bug in asmca's rolling upgrade procedure which is executed on the last node in the cluster. OPatch auto is my friend!
