Oct 10g CPU patch download

Hi All,

We are trying to download the October CPU patch for Oracle 10g and the download button is grayed out and says "you do not have permissions to download patches". We were able to get the 11g patches. Anyone else having the same issues? Was not sure if I needed to contact our rep or not
