Hi,

As for Oracle docs for Kindle, we don't have to convert anything. http://andriydmytrenko.wordpress.com/2011/04/05/oracle-docs-for-kindle-did-you-now/ Not sure regarding 9i docs, but for 10g and 11g and for Hyperion there is official set of mobi docs.
