Well, I haven't found anything that Flash can do that the HTML can't, but the other way around! If I need to upload a file to support, the flash system bombs out with an error. The HTML site works perfectly.

I logged a fault with this with Oracle and so far, it has not been fixed. I'm sticking with the HTML version myself as well.
