Oracle DataGuard issue: ORA-00600: [kddummy_blkchk] / ORA-10561

Hello Everyone,  

We did a switchover to the backup site past weekend and then switched back to the primary site. After the switchback, the recovery process on the standby site failed with the ORA 600 error message. We restarted the database and started the recovery with the "RECOVER STAND BY DATABSAE" but had the same error messages. Any suggestions?
