Ad Administration , Ad Patch don't work & Application don't open

Hello DBAs ,

I have a problem at Ad Administration utility, after changing Apps password by FNDCPASS. Ad administration & ad patch don't work , also the application doesn't start.

Instance: R12.1.3

Please help me.
