Looks like the link in your site is also broken: http://www.oracle.com/technology/deploy/availability/pdf/MAA_WP_10gR2_TransientLogicalRollingUpgrade.pdf is redirected to http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/index.html. Looks like Oracle had rearranged the documents on OTN, breaking all the references...
