Proxy authentication for OS authenticated user

I have google to death and cannot figure out how to connect to another user using proxy authentication from an os authenticated user.

Does anyone know if this is even possible?

TIA For example: proxyauth is a database user with password authentication

This work.
connect proxyauth[scott]/proxyauthpassword

For example: os$oracle is an OS authenticated database user

This does not work.
connect os$oracle[scott]

Enter password:
ERROR:
ORA-01005: null password given; logon denied
