It was 2 or 3 years ago now, but I spent a couple of years working with Spatial for the Ordnance Survey here in the UK. I worked on 10.1 and 10.2 on a project to migrate data from a non-Oracle Spatial repository so I'd say that if its good enough for the Ordnance Survey its should be good enough for everyone. We also did some comparions storing data using Oracles SDO_GEOMETRY vs. ESRI's SDE Binary and found storing the data using Oracle data types far more flexible even though we were using ESRI products to access the data.

Also from a developement perspective Spatial is a fun product to use even if it appears to be quite challenging at first.

Cheers,

Ian

Is so we are looking for comments on the following: What version ? Ease of use? Compared to MS 2000 / Spatial solution would be good. Cost for purchasing ? Any information you have would be greatly appreciated. Many Thanks.
