Just checking.

We are trying to track down an issue that seems to have come up all of a sudden. Some sorts to temp tablespace, and some batch jobs are taking 50 to 100% longer. Has anyone ever noticed anything like that with reference to an upgrade of the Solaris OS ? Maybe some io, or configuration parameter/issue?

Running on a Solaris OS 5.10, V880 with 1Gig full Nic, 4X1.2G CPUs, 5 Oracle instances, (2 main, 3 little) Version 10.2.0.4.0 for all. Not sure yet if all databases are affected the same way, these queries only run against one database, the little ones none, and the 2nd main database doesn't do batch jobs either, (or large sorts).
